i've been skinny. i've been bullied. i've been obese. i've been insecure.
We all face insecurities and obstacles, but the difference between those who excel and those who don’t is the action we take. Growing up, I was a skinny, anxious high-schooler, bullied and insecure. One day, I decided to take control. My brother and I started training in our garden with a bench and some weights, and that’s where my transformation began. By the age of 23, I had earned my BA in Business and Economics and transformed my body, gaining both muscle and confidence. It wasn’t easy – years of trial and error, overcoming unhealthy obesity, and recovering from a crippling injury taught me resilience and perseverance.
Today, I’m in the best shape of my life, both mentally and physically. I left my recruitment business to pursue my passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. With qualifications as a Level 4 personal trainer and nutritional coach, I now help others build muscle, lose fat, and achieve their fitness goals. I’m dedicated to making nutrition and exercise feel easy and sustainable, empowering my clients to live their healthiest lives.
